Horrible weather and earth shattering storms to cause even more problems? What you do is entirely up to you. You can take a course and learn some survival training or take a job to make some money and maybe build up your stats. Or just do crimes all day, just to make enough to pay off other people to look after you. Maybe try joining a faction of other people that want to stay safe. Maybe marry another player to help each other out. You can do all that much more. You can even do crimes as a couple, but be careful.
